Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 29, 2026 · Catch More Leads, part of DJLRC, Inc.

1. Who We Are

Catch More Leads ('we,' 'us,' 'our') is a service of DJLRC, Inc., an Arizona corporation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through catchmoreleads.com (the 'Site') and our lead-response services (the 'Services'), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and company name when you book a call, request your Lead Leak Scorecard by email, or contact us.
  • Lead Leak Score answers — your responses about your trade, average job value, lead volume, and lead-handling practices, used to calculate your score and estimate.
  • Business information — details about your company, services, service area, pricing rules, and calendar that you provide when you become a client so we can configure your account.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — pages visited, time on page, links clicked, referring URLs, and general interaction with the Site.
  • Device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen size.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.

Information processed on behalf of our clients:

If you are a homeowner or consumer who contacts one of our contractor clients, your messages, contact information, and appointment details are processed by our systems on that client's behalf. That client is responsible for that data; we process it to provide the Services to them. Questions about how a contractor uses your information should go to that contractor.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and Services;
  • Calculate and deliver your Lead Leak Score and, if requested, email your scorecard;
  • Schedule and conduct calls you book with us;
  • Set up, train, and operate AI lead response for client accounts;
  • Send service communications (confirmations, account notices, support responses);
  • Send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
  • Measure and improve our advertising (see Section 5);
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use the following third-party tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers:

  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site (traffic sources, pages viewed, general location at city level). Learn more or opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Google Ads — to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. Manage ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on Meta platforms. Manage your ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

You can also limit cookies through your browser settings. The Site responds to Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — hosting, scheduling and calendar tools, messaging platforms, analytics and advertising partners listed above, payment processors, and customer-relationship tools — each bound to use it only to provide services to us;
  • Our contractor client, when you contact that client through systems we operate for them;
  • Legal and safety recipients, if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property;
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply or you will be notified of changes.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above: prospect and scorecard data for up to 24 months after last activity; client account and conversation data for the life of the account plus a reasonable wind-down period (and clients may export their website, leads, contacts, and chat history at any time, including at cancellation); records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons for the period required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • Marketing emails — unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
  • Text messages — reply STOP to any message.

10. Children

The Site and Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
